Aluminium foil container production line CTJY-100T

Aluminium foil container production line CTJY-100T has been designed to produce extra-big and extra-deep aluminium food containers, dishes and trays. 100 ton high-performance press with high stroke and big base plate assures a perfect location of the mould bottom die-set which can accommodate big moulds. 

Aluminium foil container production line CTJY-100T is composed of the followings:

1.      Decoiler (with an auto-lubricator)

2.      Electrical control panel

1.      Foil feeder

3.      100 ton press

4.      Collection desk

Main Features:

(1)   This production line can work automatically. Worker control and regulate this production line through electric control equipment.

(2)   The width of decoiler is about 520mm.

(3)   The feeding system control feeding length and stepping by computer, which assure a high-precision step.

(4)   We can design and manufacture different machines on request.
