Aluminium foil decoiler Model: CTSL-520
The aluminum foil decoiler supports the aluminum roll and unwinds the coil progressively without tearing the aluminum foil.
1. Aluminum foil decoiler is build with solid steel structure with high feeding foil precision.
2. Aluminum foil decoiler is equipped with electronic control brake system to create tension of foil, so it can work continuously for a very long time.
3. The aluminum roll is supported by an expansion shaft which is inserted into the core. It is easy to load and unwind the coil progressively.
4. The length instrument adopts an interactive controller (this can be replaced by a PLC controller as different requirement.). It is in high performance and great flexibility. In order to optimize this system, decoiler can adopt SIEMENS touch-screen panel (optional equitement) to quickly set the machines’ parameters. It can realize many functions, such as language converting, counting containers and remembering.
5. With our long-term experience in packing industry, we research and develop the foil length controller to match this decoiler.
6. Aluminum foil decoiler includes a lubricator for aluminium strip by tank; it is easy for aluminum foil strip lubrication and adding oil.
